Your account is provisioned with a toll-free & int'l dial-in that will work from anywhere in the world. For participants outside of the US needing a toll-free or local dial-in- we have over 100 available locations worldwide.
The Call Manager desktop application provides a visual console allowing you to monitor and control your calls real-time. You can rename participants as they join, mute/unmute, and record your call all within the console.
The SmartMeet cell phone application stores your account information allowing you to launch your call with one touch. It also allows for real-time call monitoring and in-app conference commands.
Managing your account is easy. You can add or change users, download recordings, or edit individual conference settings. Your request will be answered immediately by a member of our team.
Post conference call reports provide immediate call detail such as participants joined and minutes used. Invoices provide usage detail by date, user, and bill code. Additional reporting available upon request.
Q: How many participants can I host on my conference call?
A: You can host up to 150 participants per call using our on-demand platform. Large capacity calls are scheduled and placed on our event service platform.
Q: Can I record my conference calls for future playback?
A: You can record a call by pressing *2. The recording is emailed to you when your call has concluded.
Q: Can participants join my conference call before I do?
A: Only if you want them to. This is a feature we can enable for you called Quickstart.
Q: How can I determine who has joined my call?
A: We have numerous tools for this such as roll call, name announce, and Call Manager allowing you to view your participants as they enter and rename them accordingly.
